Prior to joining Stone-Goff in 2025, Matt worked at Polaris Growth Fund, a private equity firm that invests in B2B software and technology-enabled services companies. Prior to Polaris, Matt worked at Equality Asset Management, a lower middle market private equity firm. Prior to that, Matt worked as an analyst at Aeris Partners, an M&A advisory firm. Matt graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College with an AB in Government.
