Stone-Goff Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm, is excited to announce three new additions to our investment team.
Reza Mian is a Vice President at Stone-Goff Partners and has over 10 years of private equity, private credit, investment banking, and investment consulting experience. Prior to joining Stone-Goff Partners, Reza spent over 6 years with AEA Investors where he evaluated and executed investments in middle-market businesses across the capital structure. Prior to AEA, Reza focused on leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and debt financings at Wells Fargo Securities, and advising foundations, endowments, and families on portfolio construction and investment strategy at Cambridge Associates. Reza earned a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Northeastern University.
Priyanka Chodhari is a Senior Associate at Stone-Goff Partners and has over five years of private equity investing and investment banking experience. Prior to joining Stone-Goff, Priyanka was an Associate at Leeds Equity Partners executing and managing investments in middle market education companies. Previously, she was an Analyst at Harris Williams focused on mergers and acquisitions. Priyanka earned a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from Villanova University.
Brendan Lugossy is a Senior Associate at Stone-Goff Partners and has over five years of private equity investing experience. Prior to joining Stone-Goff Partners, Brendan spent five years at Arctaris Impact Investors, where he was responsible for all aspects of the deal process including developing proprietary deal sourcing methods, performing due diligence, and providing strategic oversight to portfolio companies. Brendan graduated from Babson College where he played soccer and earned a BS with concentrations in Finance and IT Management.
