Stone-Goff Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm focused on technology-driven B2B service companies, today announced the hiring of Allen Fozzard as Vice President, Head of Business Development. Mr. Fozzard will be responsible for leading SGP’s origination efforts focused on investment opportunities in coordination with Stone-Goff’s senior deal-team professionals.

Before joining Stone-Goff, Mr. Fozzard was part of the Business Development team at Symphony Technology Group with prior experience as an Associate at Valesco Industries, Inc. and as an Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. “Stone-Goff is committed to working closely with founders to help grow their businesses and I’m excited to be a part of that process,” said Mr. Fozzard. “There are significant investment opportunities in the lower middle market, specifically in tech-driven B2B services, and Stone-Goff is well positioned to take advantage of this market moving forward.”
Mr. Fozzard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University.
