Laurens Goff – Managing Partner

Laurens Goff is a co-founder of Stone-Goff Partners and has over 12 years of private equity investment experience. Past investments include companies in the specialty retail, consumer products, education and leasing industries. Laurens began his career in the investment banking division of Furman Selz LLC. He subsequently joined Hampshire Equity Partners, a middle market buyout firm where he spent over eight years sourcing, executing, and managing private equity investments. He founded Goff Management, a predecessor partnership to Stone-Goff in 2007. Mr. Goff earned a BS in Finance at Boston College.

Laurens has worked with and invested in companies including Citi Trends, Acton Mobile and Thymes.

Hannah Craven – Managing Partner

Hannah Craven is a co-founder of Stone-Goff Partners and has over 18 years of private equity investment experience. Previously, she was a Partner with Sandler Capital Management, a buyout firm focused on investments in the media, information and leisure sectors, where she spent over thirteen years sourcing, executing, and managing private equity investments. Past investments have included companies in the broadcasting, cable, cinema, publishing, education/training, information, marketing services and security alarm industries She founded Ayr Capital Management, a predecessor partnership to Stone-Goff in 2006. Ms. Craven has a BA from Stanford in Modern Thought and Literature and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Hannah has worked with and invested in companies including Penton Media, Helicon Partners, Millbrook Press, Loislaw, James Cable, Paxson Communications, Page America and Metrol Security Services. Hannah is currently an independent director of F+W Media, a company that produces books, magazines, events, e-commerce, and digital media products for enthusiast communities such as writing, design, fine arts, woodworking, crafts, auto and weapons.
