Current and Prior Representative Investments
Investment Criteria
Stone-Goff Partners seeks to invest in companies that have established successful business models. In particular, we look for companies that exhibit the following characteristics:
- Established business models with demonstrated success over a period of several years
- Proven, stable profitability takes precedence over high growth.
- Proprietary competitive positions or processes
- Leadership position, often branded, in a unique niche
- Recurring revenue and high incremental margins after break-even
- Capacity to grow both organically and through tuck-in acquisitions
- Management teams with deep domain expertise (either within the company or sourced through our network of relationships)
What we avoid in our investments:
- We do not invest in early-stage companies
- Technology risk
- Customer concentration
- Founder risk
